Little Maestros Music Class
About This Activity
What can I expect during a class?
Our classes run about 45 minutes and are lively, engaging, and thoughtfully structured to meet children where they are. Each session includes a fresh mix of songs, movement, instruments, books, and puppet play, guided by experienced instructors who keep the flow smooth. We create a supportive environment with clear rhythms and transitions so all children can participate comfortably, whether they jump right in or prefer to observe at first.
What should I bring to class?
You may bring instruments for you and your child, but it's not required at all! At some locations, we will hand out instruments to each child (which we disinfect between each class). Please note we also have a "no snacks" policy in order to keep things as clean as possible. Water and milk is totally okay!
For outdoor classes, we highly recommend you bring a blanket to sit on; you may also choose to bring small instruments (shakers, bells, tambourines) as we don't hand-out instruments at these locations. We also sell a Band-In-A-Box with instruments to bring to class, which you can add on at checkout!

About the Provider
Little Maestros
2124648609Rockin' the Block for 24 years!
Little Maestros® was born in 2002 out of one mom’s quest to bring smarter, cooler, more meaningful music classes to New York City’s tiniest - and most adorable - humans.
That mom is Marni Konner - a former Atlantic Records marketing executive and proud mother of two - who traded the boardroom for the playroom to build a music program that’s equal parts education, entertainment, and absolute joy.
More than two decades later, Little Maestros is still going strong - and Marni is still very much in the mix! She personally attends every class at our flagship location (at Chiotes Hall), where she hires and trains talent, co-writes our original songs, and keeps her creative fingerprints on every beat, lyric, and little dance move.
So what makes Little Maestros different? Our teachers are the best in the biz - Broadway-level talent with big voices and even bigger hearts. They don’t just sing songs - they spark curiosity, build confidence, and create real moments of joy and connection. Through music, movement, storytelling, and play, we help babies and toddlers hit their milestones while having an absolute blast.
And the best part? Our families stick with us year after year. We’ve become a community - a vibrant mix of music-loving little ones, parents and caretakers who genuinely want to stay for class, and teachers who know exactly how to bring the magic… and the maracas.
Whether it’s your baby’s very first music class or your preschooler’s weekly jam session in Maestros University, we promise you’ll laugh, dance, make new friends, and leave humming a brand-new tune. Along the way, your child will build confidence, spark creativity, and hit key milestones - all while having the time of their life.
Because at Little Maestros, every class is more than just music - it’s magic, memory-making, and meaningful connection.
So come join the fun! Book a class, plan a birthday party, binge our on-demand videos, stream our original music (yep, we have albums!), follow us on Instagram, or just stop by and say hi. Questions? Feedback? Love notes? We’re always listening.
