Frozen Mini Ballet Class
About This Activity
In this class we will be going over some basic ballet skills, learning ballet terminology, all while dancing to the music of Frozen! We will learn about ballet feet positions (1st & 2nd), arm positions (1st, 2nd, & 5th), demi plies, how to walk like ballerinas, chassé, sauté (jump), and so much more! At the end we will put together all we have learned into a short piece of choreography for your Prince or Princess to present to their kingdom.
Have your dancer in their best prince/princess clothing, or ballet attire, as long as they can move freely and comfortably. Having their hair up and out of their face is suggested. Make sure to have a clear area to dance in, and if working on hard floors socks are NOT recommended (it can be slippery!). Water bottles are encouraged as this is an active class!
Looking forward to seeing your Prince/Princess in class and dancing with them!
